Who are we?

We’re Nathan and Sara — two physiotherapists with a shared passion for sports, movement and helping people stay active.

Through our work with athletes and recreational runners, we noticed the same problem coming back again and again: runners experiencing knee pain often receive either too little guidance or advice that makes them unnecessarily worried about continuing to run.

No unnecessary complexity. No endless rest. No random exercises. Just a progressive rehabilitation program based on physiotherapy principles and designed specifically for runners.

That’s why we created Fix Runner Knee Pain.

Nathan Van Langendonck

I currently work at EVORAS and hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. I’ve continued to refine my skills through additional training in Dry Needling, a postgraduate degree in Manual Therapy, and manual techniques at the International Academy of Osteopathy.

My passion for sports has led me to work across a variety of disciplines, including motorsport; korfball, Athletics, basketball... I’ve had the opportunity to support athletes both on the field—during training sessions and competitions—and off the field, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey.

I’ve also been fortunate to be part of several international tournaments, including accompanying Team Belgium to the World Games 2025.

What truly drives me is a deep interest in pathology and rehabilitation, and a commitment to going beyond standard care.

Sara ten Broek

I currently work at EVORAS in Antwerp and hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Physiotherapy. I have continued to refine my skills through additional training in Dry Needling, a postgraduate degree in Manual Therapy, and manual techniques at the International Academy of Osteopathy.

Sports have been a central part of my life from a young age. I competed in acrobatic gymnastics at a high level, and in recent years I have fully immersed myself in CrossFit. This strong athletic background allows me to truly understand the physical and mental demands athletes face, and has enabled me to work with individuals from a wide range of sports disciplines in my daily practice.

What truly drives me is a deep interest in pathology and the different phases of recovery. I am committed to going beyond standard care by taking an individualized approach, helping each person return not only to their previous level, but stronger and more resilient.
